2.2 Website Analytics and Cookies
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics and Google Search Console to understand how the website is used and to improve it. We do not use Google Analytics.
Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and builds no profile of you over time or across sites. The statistics are fully aggregated. Your IP address may be processed transiently as the page loads in order to distinguish visits, but it is not stored and cannot be linked back to you.

2.3 Free Tools (Schema Check, SEO Check & AI Crawler Check)
What data do we collect?
When you use our free tools, we fetch the URL you submit in order to analyse it. To understand how the tools are used and to prevent abuse, we save a limited log entry per check: the domain of the site you check (e.g. example.com — not the full address, path or query string), which tool was used, the result, a timestamp, and an approximate country code (two-letter, e.g. SE) provided by our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare. To limit the number of checks per day, we also use a salted, one-way (hashed) form of your IP address.
Purpose of processing
To deliver your result, keep the tools fast and available for everyone, and understand how they are used so we can improve them.
Data sharing
We do not store your raw IP address, we do not geolocate you, and we store only the domain — never the full URL. No information is shared with third parties.
Retention period
Log entries are automatically deleted after 180 days.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal data based on the following legal grounds:
Legitimate interest
Cookieless website analytics through Cloudflare Web Analytics and Google Search Console are used to improve our website. We also have a legitimate interest in logging limited, anonymised usage data from our free tools (see 2.3) to prevent abuse and improve the services.
Consent
Contact form data is processed only when you voluntarily submit the form.
4. How We Protect Your Data
Our website is hosted in Germany, within the European Union, and complies with GDPR data protection requirements.
Form submissions are transmitted via our contact form and handled through our email provider (Zoho Mail). We ensure that data is stored and transmitted securely.
