Questions we get about hosting & maintenance
Do I have to move to your hosting?
No. We're happy to maintain your site on the host you already have — or, if you'd rather we handle hosting too, we move it to a fast, secure server on our side. Your choice; neither is a requirement.
How often do you update my website?
We check and update WordPress, themes and plugins weekly or fortnightly, depending on your plan. Important security updates are handled as soon as we spot them.
Can I request content changes?
Yes. Small edits — updating text, swapping images or adjusting contact details — are included in the maintenance plan. Larger changes we quote separately so you know the price up front.
Do you need to have built the website?
No. We take over maintenance for sites built by someone else too. We do a quick review first so we know everything's in good shape before we start.
What types of websites do you support?
We mostly work with WordPress, but can help with other platforms too, depending on the structure and the need. Get in touch and we'll tell you what's possible.
What does hosting and maintenance cost?
Maintenance starts at 1 000 SEK/mo (ex. VAT). Hosting can be added for 150 SEK/mo, or we take the whole care plan — hosting + maintenance in one — from 1 100 SEK/mo. If you only need help now and then, there is pay-as-you-go: 800 SEK/hr (ex. VAT), billed in 15-minute increments.
Is there a setup fee or contract?
No, no setup fee and no lock-in. You can pause or cancel your monthly plan whenever you like. Pay-as-you-go is also available with no commitment at all.
Do you accept other currencies?
Yes. We invoice in Swedish kronor, but can accept payment in other currencies — EUR, USD, GBP and more — via our international business account. Tell us your preferred currency and we will sort it out.
