AI integrations

AI where it actually helps — not because it sounds good

We build AI into your business where it saves time or money: chatbots that know your material, smart search that understands what people mean, and automations that handle the repetitive work. Grounded in your own data, plugged into what you already have — and you own it.

Why AI integration

Most "AI features" are decoration. This isn't that.

There's an AI button on nearly every tool now, and most of them make no difference. We're not interested in AI because it says AI on it. We're interested in the boring, repetitive, time-consuming work a machine can take over — customer questions asked over and over, email that needs sorting and answering, information that needs digging out. If AI does it better, cheaper or around the clock, we build it. If it doesn't, we tell you straight.

What we build

Five ways AI can work for you

01
AI chatbots that know your material

A chatbot that answers from your own text, documents and FAQs — not a generic chit-chat bot, but one that knows your business specifically. It answers around the clock, takes load off support, and hands over to a human when the question calls for it.

02
Smart search that understands intent

Search that understands what the visitor means, not just which words they happen to type. People find the right product, article or answer on the first try — instead of giving up on an empty results list. Especially worth it for sites with a lot of content or many products.

03
Automations & workflows

The manual work that eats hours every week: sorting and tagging incoming email, pulling fields out of forms and invoices, summarising long threads, preparing draft replies. The AI does the grunt work, you approve — or let it run on its own where that's safe.

04
AI inside your backend & CRM

AI built in where the work actually happens — in your customer register, booking system or an in-house back office. Leads scored automatically, customer data summarised, follow-up emails suggested. We've built our own back office, Monprez Hub, for exactly this — so we know what it takes for AI to add value inside a system, not just beside it.

05
Document & content handling

Reading, sorting and summarising large amounts of text — contracts, reports, applications, reviews — and pulling out what actually matters. Or the other way round: helping draft content you then polish. The AI does the legwork in minutes instead of hours.

How we think about AI

Pragmatic, grounded and under your control

01

The problem before the tech

We start with what should get better — faster responses, fewer manual steps, less falling through the cracks. Then we decide whether AI is even the right tool. Sometimes a simple automation with no AI solves it best, and we'll say so.

02

Grounded in your data

The solutions answer from your own material, not out of thin air. That keeps wrong answers down, makes the result relevant to you specifically — and your data stays yours, not used to train public models.

03

No lock-in

You own the solution, and it's built so the model can be swapped. When a better or cheaper AI appears we move to it without tearing everything down — and you're never dependent on one single vendor to keep it working.

04

A human still at the wheel

The AI suggests and prepares; you or we decide. Where customers or money are involved we build in approval steps and clear limits on what it may do on its own. Speed is good — but not at the cost of control.

How it works

From idea to something that pulls its weight

01

We find the time sink

A short call about where the time actually drains away — the question asked every day, the email pile, the manual digging. We pin down the first thing worth tackling.

02

Scope & quote

We propose a contained first solution — small enough to finish fast, big enough to notice — and give a fixed quote before anything is built. You know what you get and what it costs.

03

Build & review

We build it, ground it in your material and show it early so you can test on real cases. We fine-tune together until the answers and the flow are right — before it's let loose on your customers.

04

Run & expand

Once the first piece has proven itself we expand from there — more flows, more sources, deeper integration. You own it, and we stay on for running and further development for as long as you want.

FAQ

Questions about AI integrations

Isn't AI mostly for big companies with big budgets?

Quite the opposite — small operations gain the most, because you are the ones who cannot afford to spend hours on the repetitive work. An AI chatbot that answers recurring questions around the clock, or an automation that sorts the inbox, costs a fraction today of what it did just a year ago. We start small, with one thing that genuinely saves time, and build out from there.

What happens to our data — is it used to train AI models?

We build so your data stays yours. The solutions are grounded in your own material — your text, documents and systems — and we use model APIs on business terms where what you send in is not used to train public models. Sensitive data can be kept isolated, and we walk through exactly what leaves your environment before anything goes live.

How do you stop the AI from making things up?

By grounding it in facts. A chatbot built this way answers from your actual material, not from loose memory, and can show where the answer came from. Where it matters we set clear limits on what it may and may not answer, and a path through to a human when it is unsure. Nothing is ever flawless — but the difference from a chatbot that guesses is enormous.

Do we have to replace our website or systems?

No. Most of it plugs into what you already have — WordPress, your booking or business system, your inbox. The AI sits on top and connects to your existing APIs. The whole point is to avoid replacing everything; we build the bridge, not a new house.

Which AI models do you use?

We pick the model to fit the job — leading models from the likes of Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI — and build so it can be swapped out. You are not locked to one vendor; when a better or cheaper model appears we can move to it without rebuilding everything.

Is this the same thing as AI visibility?

No, they are mirror images of each other. AI visibility (GEO) is about how your business shows up when AI answers other people — being recommended in ChatGPT and Perplexity. This page is about building AI into your own operation — chatbots, search and automations that do work for you. Many clients want both, and they go together.

How does pricing work?

Per project, and we are happy to start small. We take a short call, pin down the first thing worth automating and give a fixed quote before anything is built. You see the value on a contained piece before deciding to expand — no open-ended invoices.

What do you do over and over that a machine could take?

Tell us where the time goes and we'll say straight whether AI is worth it, where we'd start and what it would cost. An honest answer is free — even when the answer is sometimes that you're fine without it.
